DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

If the jewellery you wish to order is in stock it will be dispatched in 2-3 working days. However, some of our Jewellery is handmade to order and can take approximately 2-3 weeks. When you place an order we will contact you to confirm your order and provide an estimated delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the estimated delivery date we will be happy to refund your payment in full. If you wish to enquire if your chosen  product is in stock please telephone 01770 302400 or 01770 601341 and we will advise.

Should you require any help with your order or advice on purchasing a gift, please contact us  and we would be pleased to assist you. In order to ensure that your goods arrive on time and safely, we only use our approved services Royal Mail Signed For: Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail International Signed For.

We fully insure each purchase during the time that it is being shipped until it is delivered to you.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.

After you have signed to accept the delivery of any goods from our approved carrier, ownership for your purchased goods passes to you and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.

If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

Please note that orders will not be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses and goods comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.

Cancellation

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the 14 days from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods delivered to you while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to claim the cost of deterioration from you.

Due to health and hygiene regulations, earrings are non returnable.

Safe and Easy Returns

We very much hope that you will love the goods that you have purchased from Ad Astra Jewellery and Gifts. It is very important to us that you feel entirely satisfied with your purchase and that you are happy with your shopping experience at Ad Astra Jewellery and Gifts.

If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, you can simply return your jewellery by following the Return Instructions listed below.

How To Return An Item

To return an item to us, please send an email to enquiries@adastrajewellery.co.uk informing us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

For Customers in the UK

Please ensure that the goods you wish to return are in their original condition and packaging. Place goods in a bubble wrap envelope with the returns form, and send to:

Ad Astra, Shore Road, Brodick, Isle of Arran, Scotland, KA27 8AJ

Please obtain a receipt from the Post Office and save your proof of posting and tracking information until your refund has been processed.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card after you have returned the goods.

For Customers Outside the UK

To return an item to us, please send an email to enquiries@adastrajewellery.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

Exchanges

Exchanged goods can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received by us and have undergone a quality control check.

We will contact you to arrange an exchange once returned goods have undergone standard checks.

Any additional charges for exchanged items will be added on to your bill.

Damaged Items

All our goods are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you.

Please follow the procedure in the Returns section and send item back to us for inspection.

If after inspecting your jewellery, we are satisfied that it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. We will notify you by email when you can expect the items to be shipped back to you.

Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

Additional Information on Refunds or Exchanges

When the goods have been returned and safely received by Ad Astra jewellery and gifts, we will notify you by email to arrange a Refund or Exchange.

We request that all goods being returned are shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging.

We shall be entitled to ask you for confirmation of the date you returned the goods to us. In the event of failure to return any goods to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs for recovery of the goods by us.

All returns for any particular order must be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you. Please note that, unless shipment of the goods is arranged using our approved courier services as set out above, all goods returned to us are at your own risk until we receive them. Returns received outside the timescales in the contract are at the discretion of Ad Astra jewellery and gifts.

We do not refund international customs duties and sales taxes shipments outside the EU.
